Legal Secretary required to join our busy Residential Conveyancing team. Experience within Residential Property would be highly desirable. The role will consist mainly of audio typing, file management, client contact and diary management.
The successful candidate will be helping to support a team of 5.
The position would suit someone who is personable, flexible, confident and who is very accurate and has an eye for detail. Ideally you should be used to dealing with a busy and varied workload with an ability to remain calm under pressure. You should have demonstrable experience of dealing with clients.
Qualifications / Experience
- Accurate typing speed of at least 65 wpm+
- At least intermediate+ of Word, Outlook and Excel
- Good communication skills are essential (oral and written)
- Positive and enthusiastic approach
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Organisational skills
- A team player
