Ursula qualified as a Legal Executive in 2011, having worked with a leading Home Counties law firm prior to and after her qualification. She joined Godwins in 2013 and she specialises in Wills, Probate, Powers of Attorney and Elderly Client Services. Ursula has a strong reputation in Hampshire for the practical and insightful advice she offers on Elderly Client Services.

She advises a range of clients, from retirees to young families. Many of Ursula’s clients arrive as a result of personal referrals and she has built up a diverse portfolio of relationships since joining the firm. Ursula’s niche area is "Court of Protection" matters and she has up to date knowledge of the practices of the Court.

Ursula is a student member of STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners), a member of Solicitors for the Elderly and a member of the Law Society Probate Section.

Following retirement from her local Scout Group after 15 years as Group Secretary, Ursula now has an active role in the SAS (Scout Active Support) – the old Fellowship as it was once known – she helps out with District events when required.

Ursula is an accredited member of Solicitors For The Elderly, an independent group that provides specialist legal advice for older and vulnerable people, their carers and families.
