We advise clients on an extremely wide range of contentious matters.  Our approach is to try to achieve a satisfactory outcome without the need for Court proceedings if at all possible.  However, if proceedings do become necessary we aim to represent our clients in an effective way in order to protect their position and with a view to achieving a satisfactory outcome.  We deal with all types of claim ranging from small claims to large multi-milion pound claims and have represented clients in many different Courts including the Court of Appeal and House of Lords.  Examples of the types of claims we deal with include the following:-
