Godwins ranked in the Chambers UK 2027 guide for Real Estate for the first time
We are proud to announce that Godwins’ Property team has been ranked by Chambers UK for the first time, in Real Estate. The team has been ranked in Band 5 for Real Estate in the South in the Chambers UK 2027 guide.
Chambers and Partners is one of the most respected legal directories in the world. Its rankings are based on in-depth independent research, including interviews with clients and fellow professionals. Being ranked by Chambers therefore reflects how clients and peers experience a firm’s work, not how the firm describes itself.
The new ranking sits alongside the firm’s established recognition in the Chambers High Net Worth Guide for Private Wealth Law.
A team built on relationships
Our Property team advises on rural and residential conveyancing, commercial property and farms and estates. Clients include homeowners, landowners, farmers and businesses across Hampshire and beyond. Many of those relationships span generations, which reflects the long-term, personal approach that has been at the heart of Godwins since 1823.
The best feedback we ever get is when a client comes back to us a second, third or fourth time. We’ve never set out to be the biggest property team. Instead, we’ve focused on serving clients in Hampshire and beyond exceptionally well, and this recognition follows the work rather than the other way round.
